1. Overview

SEOKinda ("we", "our", or "app") is designed to provide automated SEO optimization, structured metadata, and theme integration for Shopify merchants. We respect merchant and customer privacy and comply with GDPR, CCPA, and Shopify App Store Privacy requirements.

2. Information Collected

Our app processes only the minimal store data required to manage SEO metadata, FAQs, and structured data tags via official Shopify Admin APIs. We do not sell or monetize personal merchant or customer data.

3. Data Storage & Security

SEO configurations and structured schema data are stored securely within Shopify's native metaobject and metafield infrastructure and cached locally within the merchant's authenticated Shopify session.

4. Mandatory Shopify Compliance & GDPR Webhooks

We actively listen and respond to mandatory Shopify privacy webhooks:

• customers/data_request: View any requested customer logs.
• customers/redact: Purge any customer records upon request.
• shop/redact: Completely purge store configurations within 48 hours of app uninstall.
